At approximately noon today ambulance 49 was returning from the hospital and came across a T-bone style accident on Rt-4N in front of Applebees. Chief 4 who was riding in A49 quickly assesed 3 patients in two vehicles and determined two people to be trapped. Chief 4 requested the "Rescue Box" for two trapped. Chief 10 responded from the office and M101 came from CMH. All 3 patients were evaluated and determined to be pri-3's and were transported to CMH ER.
